Pingree-Buchanan High School (Grades 6–12)
Pingree-Buchanan High School is a Choice Ready school dedicated to preparing students for life beyond graduation. We focus on individualized learning pathways that help students discover their strengths, explore interests, and confidently pursue their future—whether that leads to a two-year college, four-year college, military service, or specialized workforce training.
Our growing staff and programming allow us to offer a wide range of academic courses, extracurricular activities, and leadership opportunities. Juniors and seniors are encouraged to participate in work-based cooperative (co-op) experiences aligned with their career interests, giving students real-world experience while still in high school. We are committed to ensuring all students are eligible for scholarships across the Choice Ready pathways, opening doors to postsecondary success.
Pingree-Buchanan Elementary School
Our elementary school, located in the Buchanan community, provides a warm, welcoming environment where students and families feel connected and supported. Teachers build strong relationships with students and families and focus on developing the whole child. A strong Essential Skills curriculum is embedded throughout the week, supported by monthly student recognition tied to schoolwide expectations. Instruction is differentiated through small-group reading and math to meet each student’s individual needs and support early academic success.
