Please come join us tomorrow at Pingree-Buchanan high school to welcome our new State Superintendent of public instruction, Mr. Levi Bachmeier, at 3pm, Friday, January 23rd in our cafeteria. Our PTA are providing treats and refreshments. This is a great opportunity to show your support for our school system.

A Thunderous Thanks to our staff at the Elementary School. Ms. Graalum received a "recess rescue" and Mr. Kerlin is the "treat director" for the next staff meeting. We appreciate everything that our staff does for our school!

This a reminder that February 16th, 2026 is a make-up day for our Storm day from Dec. 18th, 2025. Students are in session on this day.

Parents, our PTA meets Monday, January 19th at 7pm in Buchanan.

Due to hazardous weather we will not be having Open gym in Buchanan and Pingree today.

Pingree-Buchanan Schools is excited to host our new State Superintendent, Mr. Levi Bachmeier, on Friday, January 23.

We want to show Mr. Bachmeier what makes our small rural schools so special! After touring our classrooms, he will be joining us for a community social in the High School Cafeteria at 3:00 pm. Come enjoy some refreshments provided by our PTA and help us advocate for the importance of our schools. This is your chance to meet our new state leader and share your perspective on the future of North Dakota education.

Every month two classes get to take Thunder Pride back to their classroom. This month's prize was snow painting. 2nd and 4th grade got to enjoy this activity and had fun making the snow beautiful!
