Grandparents' Day and those Special Influence people on our students' lives were in great attendance today at our schools. We love when family and community members get to see the wonderful place where their students learn and grow. Thank you to our PTA for their work in making this event happen.

Today is the big day, it is our special opportunity to celebrate Grandparents or those Special people to our students. The High School open house will be 7:45 am-8:30 am. Elementary School open house will be 8:15am-9:00 am. Please park on the south side of the elementary school, our busses arrive on the north side. See you soon.

Pingree-Buchanan School District Business Manager

We're looking for a School District Business Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee the financial operations of our school district.

You'll be responsible for managing the budget, payroll, and financial reporting, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the District Budget: Develop, monitor, and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the superintendent and board of education.
-Oversee Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll for all district employees and manage employee benefits.
-Handle Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to the board and other stakeholders.
-Ensure Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations
-School Board Communication: Attend board meetings and regularly communicate expenditures and budget health, salaries and benefit implications.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $46,000 to $60,000, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Salary and terms of contract are negotiable.
