Today was an excellent day at the Midkota speech meet! All three girls came home with a trophy from their events! Emmi placed in Inform. Hannah and Shyah placed in Serious Duo.

We shoot Monday evenings at 5 pm at the Buffalo City Gun Club by the Jamestown Fairgrounds. Our first night of shooting is Monday April 7th. Final week of shooting is May 19th. The kids will need to have their own shotgun and bring a minimum of two boxes of shells a week. They will shoot two rounds a week with the option to shoot an extra practice round. They must pay their own league registration fees, but all the rounds of clay shooting are free.

Congratulations to our spelling bee participants at the Stutsman County Spelling Bee Yesterday! We had all 6 of our 5th-8th grade students make it to the oral rounds and McKenna Connell was awarded runner-up!! Way to go!

Congrats to Emmi Odenbach and Lilly McClusky for making it to the final rounds at the Lisbon Speech meet! Emmi placed 4th and 5th in her events. Lilly placed 8th. Way to go, ladies!
Due to the weather, the start time of the boys’ 8th grade jamboree tomorrow has been moved to 10:30 to allow travel time for teams.Here is a revised schedule. Will keep you posted on any updates that may happen due to weather.
